Third, we develop a detailed job description that will clearly define requirements and expectations.

Fourth, we perform the search and screening.

Fifth, we present possible candidates

Sixth, we administer a specific sales role/personality assessment.

Seventh, we make final recommendation.

Finally, we offer weekly hands on coaching to clients and candidate for enabling new candidate’s early wins and rapid revenue results.
